easytrashmail provides temporary email addresses that automatically expire after 10 minutes with no data stored thereafter. We operate on a zero-data-collection principle, collecting and storing the absolute minimum required to deliver the service, with no retention of any personal information. The Service is designed for legitimate uses such as protecting privacy, testing services, avoiding spam, and similar lawful purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Send spam, malware, phishing attempts, or other malicious content
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Automate use of the Service beyond reasonable personal use

4. Limitations and Restrictions

The Service is provided with the following limitations:

• All emails and addresses are automatically deleted after 10 minutes with no backups kept
• We do not guarantee delivery of emails to the temporary addresses
• We reserve the right to block IP addresses that abuse the service, though we do not log or track IPs for normal usage
• We may implement technical measures to ensure fair usage
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• No user data is sold, analyzed, or shared with any third parties

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and code, are the exclusive property of easytrashmail or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
